Focusing on the organisation’s property division, this role will allow you to delve into the details of trends, provide analysis, and drive efficiencies.
The main responsibilities include:
*Building the budget for the next financial year, gathering and validating data from budget holders.
*Partnering with key stakeholders within the property division to identify and evaluate trends, understand costs, and ensure robust financial management.
*Overseeing the production of month-end results, correctly allocating costs, and presenting valuable variance analysis.
*Evaluating large and complex data sets.
