Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term (Potential to Permanent)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (Negotiable Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do:
In this varied and engaging role, you will:
*Manage customer queries with a focus on providing outstanding service.
*Handle day-to-day banking duties, ensuring smooth operations.
*Oversee payments and cash management processes.
*Support the team in delivering seamless banking solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
*Proven experience in payments, ideally within an agency banking environment.
*Strong understanding of cash management and banking operations.
*Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
*A proactive and detail-oriented approach to your work.
