*This role reports directly into the engineering director, progression to engineering manager available
*Overseeing and developing product improvements
*Managing a team of 2 manufacturing engineers
The Person
*Supervisory experience
*Knowledge and experience of continuous improvement/process improvement/NPI/NPD
*Any manufacturing background considered, previous experience in aerospace highly desirable
