Customer Service Advisor
South Kent
£18,000 - £33,000 DOE
Permanent full time role
Pearson Whiffin are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client, an established insurance firm. Our client is open to taking on an Apprentice, Customer Service Advisor or a Customer Service Supervisor; this will be dependent upon experience.
As a member of the customer service team, you would be the primary point of contact for all customers dealing with customer queries, policy changes, claims and everything in between!
Duties:
*Advise all customers on insurance policies and requirements.
*Identify cross selling opportunities and take part in sales activities.
*Build a strong knowledge of company products.
*Sustaining a good level of working relationship with customers and other employees.
*File customer claims following the correct company protocol and procedures.
The successful candidate must have/be:
*Previous customer service experience.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Have great telephone manner.
*Well organised.
*Strong IT skills.
*GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
*Previous experience in the insurance sector (essential requirement for the supervisor role).
