- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our clients team. In this role, you will engage with a curated list of potential artists through email, phone, and social media, fostering genuine connections. You will play a key role in transitioning artists to our platform and providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to our executive team.
Responsibilities:
*Engage with a list of potential artists, segmented by revenue from streaming.
*Utilise CRM or spreadsheet tools for outreach and tracking interactions.
*Maintain organised records of interactions and progress.
*Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social media with a focus on building relationships.
*Collect and analyse data to share insights on outreach effectiveness and artist engagement.
*Provide qualitative feedback on what works well with different artist segments.
*Collaborate with their team to refine outreach strategies based on data analysis.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Previous experience in inside sales, preferably within the music industry.
*Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets.
*Strong communication skills with an emphasis on building relationships.
*Ability to analyse and report on data to inform business decisions.
*Self-motivated and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
*Open to feedback and adaptable to changing strategies.
