Job Description:
An exciting role has arisen for a French speaker to join a successful Luxury Fashion Retail and e-commerce team based in Merton, South London. We are looking for a French Customer Service Representative to join their fun, dynamic and friendly team. If you work in a retail environment, this could be a step up to an office based role.
The package:
*Salary: £13 per hour (£25,500)
*Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm.
*Location: Merton near Wimbledon and Morden
This is a fantastic opportunity if you have worked in Customer Service or Customer Care seeking a challenge offering more variety using your French. It will be a temporary position to cover the busy Christmas period, but it may be extended to a permanent role in the new year.
Responsibilities of the Customer Care Advisor
*Assisting French and English speaking clients with product enquiries
*Updating and maintaining the order database
*Providing support to clients registering online and having their orders processed through the website
*Assisting clients with any issues regarding returns or orders via email and phone
*Dealing with any complaints in a timely manner - escalating any issues to relevant departments
*Liaison with the fulfilment team when necessary
*Convert customer enquiries into sales opportunities - upsell
*Handling accounting enquiries with the finance team
Requirements of the Customer Care Advisor:
*Excellent English language skills
*Fluency in French
