*Working Hours Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
*1 in 2 Saturday Mornings, 8:00 am - 12:30pm

Service Team Leader required for our Client’s well-established Automotive business based in the Ilkeston area.

Our Automotive well-established Automotive business Client is currently seeking a skilled Service Team Leader to manage their busy Service Department.

For your hard work as a Service Team Leader for our Client you can expect a salary of £40,000.

The hours of work in this Service Team Leader position are Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. 

Responsibilities as a Service Team Leader for our Client
*Dealing directly with customers
*Liaising with the Technicians and Workshop Controller to provide a great customer service 
*Responding to customer requests and concerns
*Tracking the vehicle through the workshop updating the customer at all times and scheduling services  
*Mentor, coach and lead by example to existing members of staff in your service team 
Requirements of this Service Team Leader Role
*Previous working experience within a Service Team Leader capacity
*Outstanding Management skills
*Technically minded
*Ability to get things done without compromising on Service delivered.
