Job Description:
Engineering Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: £45,000
Hours: Days Monday to Thrusday (08:00am-16:30pm), Friday (08:00am- 13:00pm)
The Role:
As the Engineering Manager, you will be leading a small team. This is a hands-on role suited for a leader able to control day-to-day operations, handle facilities management, and ensure a smooth running of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead a small team in their engineering and maintenance activities
*Mechanical knowledge
*PLC Fault Finding - Allen Bradley
*Co-ordinate contracted services for specialist maintenance activity
*Procure and oversee installation of plant and equipment
*To maintain and improve the plant
Skills & Experience:
*Engineering Management Experience
*Industrial/ Manufacturing Background
*CAD Drawing, Basic AutoCAD
*Knowledge of Plastic Fabrication and Welding
*Excellent fault-finding skills.
