* £60K-£85k OTE

The Role of the Key Account Manager
* Take ownership of selling commercial flooring solutions to national and regional housebuilders, Social Housing providers and Local Authorities.
* Manage key accounts across the North of England while actively seeking new project opportunities.
* This role covers the north of England including Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, and Newcastle
The Ideal Person for the Key Account Manager
* Experience in commercial flooring or related interior products is preferred.
* Skilled at selling to national or regional housebuilders and / or local authority / social housing projects
* Willingness to travel across Northern England.
* A self-starter with a technical mindset and the skills to succeed independently and as part of a team.
