I am currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a top social housing provider in the Northampton area. This role is a temp position for 3 months with potential for a permanent role at the end.

In this Joiner Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:
*Reactive maintenance on council properties
*2nd fix joinery
*Basic maintenance plumbing
*Lock changes
*Finishing skills like patch plastering and tiling

The right Joiner Multi Trade will have:
*Experience in property maintenance
*NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
*Own van and tools

In return, the Joiner Multi Trade will get:
*3 month contract
*£23 per hour
*Weekly (PAYE or CIS)
