I am currently seeking a talented and driven Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join a rapidly growing retail/healthcare business based in Blackburn for a 9 month maternity cover. Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Reporting Support: Help Senior Financial Accountants with monthly management accounts.

* Business Performance Monitoring: Produce and report monthly management accounts for strategic decision-making.

* Budget Creation and Oversight: Create group budgets and consistently report on performance.

* Financial Communication: Explain financial performance to all JVP entities and Amplify sub-departments.

* Year-End Support: Assist the Finance Director with year-end statutory accounts.

* Audit Readiness: Develop and maintain financial processes to prepare for external audits.

Requirements:
* Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

* Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modelling and ERP systems is a plus

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

* Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in continuous learning
