*Address student’s personal needs, including minor first aid and overall well-being.
Desired Skills and Qualities:
*A genuine passion for education and child development.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
*Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to classroom activities.
*Previous experience in an educational setting or relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ) is preferred.
*Enhanced DBS check (we can assist if you don’t already have one) and eligibility to work in the UK.
