Estate Agent Branch Manager - Bedworth - up to £35k basic plus commission

They are currently seeking an experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager who possesses a high level of expertise within Estate Agency operations and a proven track record in generating new business while effectively managing a successful sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, conducting property valuations, and implementing strategies to generate new business. This role is pivotal in driving the branch’s performance and achieving growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.
*Conduct property valuations
*Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets and objectives.
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive branch performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience in Estate Agency management is essential.
