Hays are working exclusively with a large business in Telford who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team and will offer training and AAT study support
Your new role
You will be working within an established team reporting to the Finance Manager and your duties will include:
*Weekly Payroll
*Bank Reconciliations and postings
*Journals
*Expenses
*Various reports and analysis
*Assisting within the accounting team with various duties
What you’ll need to succeed
The company are looking for a candidate who ideally has some accounting experience and is looking for an opportunity to develop their accounting skills. You should be self-motivated, keen to learn, able to take responsibility and have good IT skills
What you’ll get in return
This is a great opportunity to work for an experienced Manager who will offer training, support and guidance as well as AAT study support.
