Hays Senior Finance are working exclusively with this owner management engineering company to help them find a Finance Manager on a permanent basis.

Your new role

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:


*Prepare management accounts for three companies within the group.
*Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
*Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and receivable.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
*Manage monthly payroll.
*Supervise and manage one team member.

What you’ll need to succeed
*Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
*Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
*Experience with Sage accounting system (desirable).
*Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
*Ideally, you must be immediately available to start the job or on a shorter notice period.
