About the Role
An exciting opening is available for an Audit Senior to join a dynamic team in Farnham. This is a permanent, full-time position with hybrid and flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead diverse and complex audit assignments across multiple sectors, collaborating with managers and partners when necessary.
*Prepare audit files, conduct audit planning, and manage or assist with fieldwork.
*Supervise junior team members, allocating work, providing training, and reviewing their output.
*Ensure audit assignments are completed to high standards within agreed budgets and timelines.
*Oversee and review work done by less experienced team members.
*Use accounting software to generate accurate reports for clients, managers, and directors.
*Prepare and finalize statutory accounts under the supervision of your line manager.
*Compile corporation tax computations.
*Stay informed on technical developments in the industry and broader economic issues.
*Contribute to service pricing and assist with new client proposals.
*Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
*Enhance technical knowledge through ongoing, practical training.

About You:
*ACCA/ACA qualified or nearing qualification.
*At least 3 years’ experience in UK audit practice, with some exposure to accounts preparation.
*A degree (2:1 or higher) or strong A-Level results (A, B, B or above).
*Familiarity with Xero, Sage, Caseware, and CCH software is advantageous.
*Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Detail-oriented with excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel.
*Positive, proactive, and confident, with strong interpersonal skills.
*Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality output.
*A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and adaptable.
