Job Description:
Teqniq is searching for a Brokerage Officer to work in the public sector.
35 hours per week.
3 months contract.
09:00-17:00
Job Description:
Liverpool City Council require 3 Interim Brokerage Officers to provide short term whilst we develop our brokerage offer within Phase 2 of our transformation programme.
The roles will primarily focus on:
- finding the right care and support solution for people as part of a brokerage process.
- working closely with the Adult Services and Health Directorate’s Commissioning Team, social care assessment staff, NHS colleagues and with organisations that provide care co-ordinate, negotiate and broker the delivery of packages, placements and supporting social care services, in response to an identified support plan.
These are new roles to enable us to expand our existing brokerage service, which currently brokers home care services. From 28th November, the service will take on the role of brokering care home placements to support people being discharged from Liverpool hospitals.
