This role will be focussed on developing and launching a new division within the group
You will also win new clients that specifically operate within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of the recruitment supply within construction and be based within the Northwest with a UK based role
Role Overview
As the Head of CIS Sales , your primary goal is to drive profitable, long-term business by nurturing new and existing relationships with construction recruitment agencies and end clients. Your focus will be on expanding revenue streams across our range of services, such as CIS, Umbrella and Accountancy services. You will be responsible for recruiting a new team
In this role, you’ll build strong relationships at senior levels within client accounts and conduct both face-to-face and video meetings with consultants and managers to foster growth. Success in this position is measured by the growth of existing accounts and the acquisition of new ones.
Key Responsibilities
Set vision & goals and define the division’s purpose and targets.
You will be accountable for implementing a general strategy across all managed accounts
Responsible for driving sales activity within the pre-defined list of allocated accounts.
You will work with internal teams to service and grow your agencies/clients, operating from consultant to senior level.
Recruit a team to drive the growth of the division
Drive growth and track performance
You will be required to demonstrate, through periodic survey results, your ability to provide market leading support
You will conduct field-based activities to sustain and grow accounts, including working outside of office hours, when required, to organise and attend networking events
The KPIs for this role will set against activity levels including that of face to face meetings, video calls, telephone and email activity
Skills & Requirements:
*Preferred experience in the industry
*Strong verbal and written communication skills.
*Effective time management to ensure timely execution of all duties.
*Demonstrated ability to create and implement account plans.
*Solid commercial awareness and adeptness in negotiating with our agency partners.
*Experience in presenting to customers at various levels, including senior positions.
*Possess a positive, can-do attitude.
