Application Delivery Consultant

Our fast-growing client is currently searching for a Application Delivery Consultant to join their team as a subject matter expert for implementing their systems. The system itself is a cloud-based employee health platform designed to help organisations successfully manage, monitor and take appropriate action to support employee health and wellbeing.
A successful candidate will work with the Project Managers to identify the customer’s system implementation requirements. This will then be translated into a proposed solution and managed through to completion.
Key Skills:
*Analytical and logically minded.
*Diligence and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered to a high standard.
*Good time management skills with the ability to deliver to a deadline.
*Experience in using HTML and Visual Studio Code would be advantageous.
*An understanding of and/or experience of using JavaScript.
*Experience in using Word, such as creating documents with tables and mail merge skills, would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
*Work with the Project Manager, Data Specialist and/or Development Specialist to obtain the
customer’s implementation requirements.
*Understand the customer’s business processes and operational challenges and translate this
into a proposed solution.
*Plan the build and test strategy for the required implementation. Work with the Project
Manager to detail the implementation project plan and expected delivery effort.
*The implementation could include: *System configuration, including setup of customer environments
*Configuration of the required access roles and permissions
*Creation of templates including online forms, email, SMS and Word using HTML, CSS and AngularJS.
*Creation of workflows using JSON which guide the user through their business process
*Importing of employee, organisation or case related data into the system

*Acting as subject matter expert for implementation work. Answering questions both
internally and externally as required.
