Learning & Development Manager *Annual Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Join an exciting and growing business as a Learning & Development Coordinator. This role is crucial in supporting the team through exceptional training and development programs.
Day-to-day of the role: *Lead and motivate a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs to new and existing colleagues across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
*Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
*Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
*Create and deliver engaging training content that meets the needs of their dynamic departments.
*Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, inspiring team members through your enthusiasm and energy.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in Learning & Development role within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
*Experience in line management and leading training initiatives.
*Strong ability to plan, resource, and execute training programs effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.
*Proficiency in eLearning platforms and face-to-face training delivery.
