Position: Recruitment Consultant
Job Overview: As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and placing talented education professionals across various educational settings. Your primary responsibility will be to develop strong relationships with schools, colleges, and teaching candidates, ensuring the right match is made for both parties. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ropes of the recruitment industry while contributing to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
*Conduct candidate sourcing activities, including job postings, database searches, and networking events, to attract talented individuals within the education sector.
*Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for teaching positions.
*Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
*Match candidates to suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications, experience, and career aspirations.
*Facilitate the interview and selection process, coordinating with schools and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
*Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-quality teaching professionals.
Requirements:
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients and candidates.
*Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in candidate assessment and documentation.
*Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver results.
*Basic knowledge of the education sector and understanding of teaching roles and qualifications (experience in education is a plus).
*Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, and online platforms.
