Randstad Education is looking for a Head of Science in a reputed School in Romford for a full-time permanent role.

Responsibilities
*Deliver and model high-quality Science lessons.
*Enhance student’s access to a broad and balanced curriculum.
*Develop, manage, and evaluate the Science Department across all school sites.
*Collaborate with other specialist agencies to contribute to the development of the school.
*Regularly monitor and support Science across all sites.
Requirements
*Must HoldQTS/QTLS
*Passionate about Science and committed to outstanding education, especially for children with challenging behaviour.
*Understanding of complex needs and experience in social and emotional health difficulties.
*Outstanding teaching practitioner who can inspire students and colleagues.
*Creative in designing and delivering a rigorous, academic curriculum.
*Belief in every student’s ability to succeed.
*Flexibility, strategic thinking, and resilience.
*Excellent organisational and ICT skills.
*Enthusiasm for Science and the ability to share this passion with students and the team.
*Commitment to continuous professional development for self and team.
