Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Role Summary:
The IFA Administrator will play a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to the Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs)n. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a financial services administrative role and possess the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, particularly when liaising with high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IFA team.
*Process client documentation efficiently and accurately.
*Liaise directly with clients, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
*Maintain and update client records on internal systems.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless service to clients.
Candidate Requirements:
*Experience: Previous experience in a similar IFA Administrator role or financial services environment is essential.
*Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Confidentiality: A high level of discretion and professionalism, particularly when working with high-profile clients.
*Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
Benefits:
*Annual Leave: 25 days, increasing by 1 day per year of service up to a maximum of 30 days.

*Pension Scheme: Employer contributes 5%, employee contributes 3%.
*Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office per week once fully autonomous in the role.
