I am recruiting for a Paid Search Manager and a Senior Paid Search Manager to join the Paid Search Team in their London office, to contribute to the continued growth and success of this agency.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with client goals and objectives.
*Manage all aspects of paid search campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, monitoring, weekly reports, and performance analysis.
*Collaborate with clients, internal planning teams and platform reps to drive best in class performance.
*Attend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings.
*Work closely with the Account Director, to deliver strong strategic approaches and adhere to the companies QA policies and procedures.
*Actively mentor and empower your team to increase quality and performance on your clients.
Key Skills:
*Proficiency in managing and planning campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, with experience with SA360 or international search engines a bonus.
*Experience managing and planning paid search campaigns, in an agency or client-facing environment.
*Proven track record of delivering successful paid search campaigns and achieving key performance metrics.
*Strong understanding of paid search principles, best practices, and industry trends.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
*Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
