Job Title: Lead Security Architect
Location: London, Bristol, or Manchester
Day Rate: £600
Contract Length: 24 Months
Working Style: Hybrid - 3 days in Office per week - could be negotiated
Our client, a Central Government organisation, is seeking a talented Lead Security Architect to join their team. If you have a passion for designing secure systems and are ready to make a difference in the digital landscape, then this role is for you!
As a Lead Security Architect, you will be responsible for developing security design patterns and specifying technical controls to ensure secure and robust solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders across government organisations. Joining our client’s Securing Government Services team, you will play a vital role in developing security artefacts.
What you’ll do:
*Interact with stakeholders to understand and address security needs
*Research, apply, and develop innovative security architecture solutions
*Create artefacts to support the implementation of Secure by Design principles on Github
*Collaborate with colleagues across government and security professionals to ensure the highest standards of security
Who you are:
*Experienced in specifying security technical controls and developing design patterns based on security design principles
*Proficient in Github and knowledgeable about current cyber security risks
*Skilled in implementing security solutions for infrastructure, network, and applications
*Familiar with common products and technologies, cloud computing architectures, O-ESA, and OWASP
*Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
*A team player who can collaborate effectively and influence others
