Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Trusted Adviser’s growth by generating and progressing high-quality leads into scheduled appointments with our financial advisers. This is an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute to our mission of making financial advice accessible to all. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with professional introducers at Accountancy and Legal practices as well as engage with online i nfluencers
Compensation: £25,000 - £30,000 base salary + commission
Total Potential Earnings: Targeted earnings: £44,000 annually, uncapped
Benefits: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays, remote work, profit sharing after one year

Key Responsibilities
*Lead Generation: Proactively engage with potential clients, generating new leads through calls and LinkedIn outreach.
*Client Engagement: Qualify leads through research and tailored conversations to understand client needs and match them with our services.
*Appointment Scheduling: Secure high-quality appointments with financial advisers, ensuring all client information is effectively communicated.
*Collaboration: Work closely with the team to enhance lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
*Performance Tracking: Manage and report on lead generation activities, sharing insights to optimize team efforts.
*Service Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of our financial advisory offerings to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
*High-Volume Outreach: Comfortably handle 100+ calls per day and generate leads via LinkedIn.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience: Previous experience in business development, lead generation, or sales (experience in finance is a bonus).
*Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a talent for building rapport.
*Self-Motivation: Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a remote work environment.
*Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with remote work tools, CRM systems, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
*Startup Enthusiasm: Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
