Technical Project Manager
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our client as a Technical Project Manager. This pivotal role is critical in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving innovation, and enhancing business performance.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the liaison between business units and IT, ensuring technology aligns with business goals.
*Develop a thorough understanding of business operations, objectives, and challenges.
*Engage in strategic planning to prioritise technology requirements.
*Collect and convert business requirements into technical specifications.
*Collaborate with IT to design and implement scalable and sustainable technology solutions.
*Project Management:
*Oversee technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
*Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve successful project implementation.
*Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address issues.
*Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
*Communicate project status and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
*Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
*Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Skills and Experience:
Essential Skills:
*Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or a similar role.
*Strong understanding of business processes and translating business needs into technical requirements.
*Excellent project management skills with a successful track record in delivering technology projects.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
*Analytical and problem-solving abilities, focused on delivering innovative solutions.
Desirable Skills:
*Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
*Knowledge of current and emerging technologies relevant to the retail industry.
