Job Description:
Cargo Broker Technician
Up to £50,000 + Bonus and Benefits
London / Hybrid
A leading and international Lloyd’s Broker, who have a strong presence within the London Market Insurance, now have an exciting position within their Cargo Stock Throughput Division.
Role Requirements
*Responsible for working closely with Brokers to assist with the placement of risks
*Producing timely and accurate MRC slips and endorsements
*Day-to-day interaction with clients and markets
*Negotiating and liaising with Underwriters
*Build and maintain relationships with markets and clients
*Assisting with Broking duties as and when required
About You
*You will have 2 years of London Market experience (Broking or Underwriting)
*Experienced in Marine Cargo (or other Marine sub-classes) or Property or Specie insurance
*Competent in creating or processing market documentation (MRC Slips and Endorsements)
*Strong attention to detail and communication skills
