Job Description:
Meraki Talent are working with an expanding Financial Services firm who are keen to speak to those who have come from a customer services background, where they have been providing customer administration and services support.
  
The customer is at heart of this experience, therefore imperative applicants are able to offer a first class experience, while meeting SLA’s.  This is an exciting time to join an expanding operation, who work collaboratively to achieve set goals.
  
Key duties;
*Assisting customers with all aspects of administration support
*Receiving inbound customer calls
*Updating in house systems
*Providing support via Live Web Chat
*Working to set SLA’s and KPI’s
*Ensuring customer data is recorded accurately
  
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.30pm.

Initially office based, however will revert to a hybrid approach after the initial training period.

This is a 6month fixed term contract, offering an immediate start.
