Job Details:
*Role: Anatomical Pathology Technician
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Core hours)
*Additional: Opportunity to cover on-call service
*Start Date: 25th November 2024
*End Date: 28th February 2025
*Shift Coverage: 70 shifts
*Location: Whiston Hospital, Mortuary
Key Responsibilities:
*Working in the mortuary providing essential anatomical pathology services.
*Contributing to the processing and examination of tissue specimens.
*Ensuring high standards of clinical care, hygiene, and safety.
*Supporting the team with mortuary-related tasks.
*Opportunity to cover on-call service as required.
Requirements:
*Must be qualified as an Anatomical Pathology Technician or equivalent.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
*Flexibility to work shifts and on-call if required.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
