We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Duties
*Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, including accounts payable and receivable.
*Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
*Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies while maintaining the integrity of financial data.
*Utilise accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks for efficient financial management.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that drive business growth.
*Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to support organisational objectives.
Qualifications
*Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
*Proven experience in financial management is preferred.
*Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
*Proficiency in accounting software including Xero and QuickBooks is required.
*Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.
