Role Responsibilities *Client Management: Build and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring work is completed efficiently and within deadlines.
*Audit Oversight: Manage all aspects of the audit department, from maintaining procedures to presenting prospective client interviews.
*Accounts and Tax Work: Oversee audits, accounts preparation, VAT, corporation tax, and forecasting.
*Team Leadership: Train, supervise, and appraise audit department staff, ensuring professional development.
*Business Development: Support the firm’s growth by participating in management meetings and marketing activities, including developing the charity sector portfolio.
*Compliance: Ensure adherence to professional standards, including audit regulations and office procedures.
*Billing and Workflow: Take responsibility for billing and control workflow to optimise team efficiency.
