Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Melton Mowbray (Office-Based, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm) Would consider reduced hours.
Salary: £30,000 + Profit Share Bonus.

The Role
As the HR Manager, you’ll take the reins of all things HR, ensuring our people processes run smoothly while fostering a positive, supportive environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for autonomy, variety, and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
*Providing comprehensive HR administrative support.
*Leading recruitment processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
*Managing staff appraisals, performance reviews, and development plans.
*Overseeing employee relations, including hiring, firing, and engagement.
*Updating and improving policies as the business evolves.
*Supporting health and safety compliance across the business.
*Assisting the operations team with HR-related needs.
The successful candidate
