Are you a creative and analytical UX Designer looking to shape the future of user-centeredSaaS products? We’re working with an innovative SaaS company in Central Manchester seeking a UX Designer to join their growing team.
About the Role As a UX Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for a diverse range of users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design prototypes, conduct user research, and turn insights into actionable solutions that enhance user satisfaction and business outcomes.
About You We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual with:
*Proven experience in UX design, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven environments.
*Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
*Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
*A portfolio showcasing your user-centric design approach and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities *Prototyping: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user journeys to communicate your vision effectively.
*Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility.
*User Research: Plan, conduct, and analyse user interviews, usability testing, and other research methods to understand customer needs and pain points.
*Iteration: Use feedback and analytics to refine designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
*Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
