Job Description:
* Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: South East London
Salary:£22K - £24K basic + car allowance
OTE (On Target Earnings):£35K - £45K (Year 1)
Working Hours:
*Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
*Friday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
*Alternate Saturdays (with a day off during the week when working a Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
*Handling inquiries and managing the sales process for residential properties.
*Conducting viewings and negotiations.
*Building relationships with clients to drive sales.
*Providing expert advice on property market conditions and trends.
*Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
*Managing property listings and working closely with the team to close deals.
Ideal Candidate:
*A MINIMUM of one year of experience in sales or lettings (though transferable skills or relevant work experience will be considered).
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Well presented.
*Punctual, with a positive, can do attitude.
*Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car.
