SEN Support - Autism and Complex Needs
Are you a graduate aspiring to become a teacher or gain valuable classroom experience before beginning teacher training?
A fantastic primary school in Bracknell is currently seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This role offers an excellent opportunity for graduates or experienced teaching assistants to gain hands-on experience in a school environment, particularly for those interested in progressing to teacher training or further education roles.

Role Responsibilities:
*Assist students with numeracy and literacy tasks across Key Stage 1 and 2.
*Provide tailored one-on-one support to children with Autism or other additional needs.
*Help students build emotional regulation and social skills.
*Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure every child is progressing.
*Demonstrate a proactive, enthusiastic, and patient attitude in your work.
Position Details:
*Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
*Location: Bracknell
*Pay Rate: £83 - £95 per day (dependent on experience, training, and qualifications)
*Contract: Long-term temporary, with potential for a permanent position
*Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)
*Experience: Previous experience is beneficial but not essential. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are the key requirements.
