The Role
As our Reception Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answering and forwarding calls, taking messages when needed, and greeting visitors
*Keeping reception and meeting rooms tidy and organised
*Managing stationery and supplies
*Handling deliveries and distributing them promptly
*Issuing acknowledgment letters and updating databases
*Managing door access cards and records
*Liaising with contractors for building services
*Conducting weekly fire alarm checks and maintaining the logbook
*Supporting general office tasks and ad-hoc duties
