Career Financial Administrator Wealth Management Company with Leatherhead offices (Surrey) serving HNW and UHNW customers

I have met and placed two employees with my client, a chartered independent financial planning firm with offices close to Leatherhead. For HNW retirees, accumulators, local families, and SME owners in Sussex, Kent, and London, they provide comprehensive financial assistance. As of right now, they oversee the affairs of 250 families with fortunes between £600k and £8m. The advisors offer advice on retirement planning, investments, cash flow modelling, pensions, tax preparation, and protections.
The business has won numerous awards and is very engaged in the local community events and are advocates of many charitable causes. They place exceptional customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities resulting in a very high rate of retention. The support team comprises of an experienced team of Administrators & Paraplanners and are actively encouraged to progress and develop as both professionals and individuals via ongoing CPD and industry exams. The business also has dedicated Operations professionals ensuring a smooth functioning of the business.
The Managing Director is creating a brand-new role for an Experienced Administrator who will be responsible for conducting end to end administration and supporting with the entire back office function within the business. This role is suitable for an experienced candidate within wealth management and financial planning and doesn’t aspire to be a paraplanner or adviser. Experience with Intelligent Office and Voyant would be highly advantageous.
Salary: £30k - £40k (negotiable)
