Job Description:
We are working with a renewable energy consultancy which is one of the UK’s leading and trusted providers of sustainable energy solutions. They are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their team, primarily looking after a group of clients who have an exciting array of renewable technologies. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients to ensure that work is delivered to a high standard, within budget and expected timeframes. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience within the Energy Sector. Apply today for further information.
Key responsibilities:
Client relationship management - building long term relationships with key clients
*Project management and communication - creating project plans and monitoring progress
*Resource planning and reporting - Liaising with delivery teams to ensure resource is allocated appropriately
*Quality assurance - identifying opportunities for process improvements
*Upsell/Cross sell - Whilst it’s important to identify opportunities for upsells, the team’s primary focus is to build great long-term relationships and provide an excellent service to customers
Skills and experience required:
*Demonstrable the ability to build long term relationships with clients
*Energy Industry experience (contracts, government initiatives) - Essential
*A personable individual with excellent communication skills
*Calm and well organised under pressure.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office - Particularly Word & Excel
*Experience of project planning and management - Desirable

Role: 12 Month FTC - Energy Account Manager
Location: Hybrid -2 days in the offices (Coventry)
Salary: up to £28k DOE + benefits package
