Architectural Technologist Job Overview *Prepare and develop detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules
*Work on RIBA Stages 4-6, focusing on technical delivery, coordination, and construction oversight
*Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure projects meet client expectations
*Attend site visits and resolve technical issues during the construction phase
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements *Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist/Architect
*Proven proficiency in Revit
*Strong experience in RIBA Stages 4-6, with an emphasis on technical detailing and construction phases
*Familiarity with UK building regulations, standards, and construction practices
*Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in an international team
*Experience in residential projects is highly desirable but not essential
Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits *£40,000 - £45,000 salary (can be negotiable for exceptional candidates)
