*Liaising with product providers to obtain information and ensure smooth processing of financial transactions.
*Assisting with client reviews and preparing documentation for meetings.
*Supporting the wider team with any administrative duties that keep the business running smoothly.

*Experience in a similar IFA administration role, ideally within a wealth management or financial planning environment.
*Strong knowledge of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection.
