We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to drive our digital growth and innovation.
In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on both medium and long-term planning to ensure sustained market presence and operational efficiency. The Role:
The Purpose of the Role: 
To develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliates, app acquisition, and organic search. The role involves leading a team of digital marketing professionals to ensure alignment with overall business objectives, fostering a culture of performance excellence, and leveraging market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and maximize return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Strategic Development: Lead the formulation of the digital marketing strategy encompassing paid search, paid social, affiliates, app acquisition and organic search. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies with broader business goals
*Campaign Management:  Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across all channels. Ensure campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented
*Team Leadership: Manage a team of digital marketers, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance skills and performance. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation
*Budget Management: Monitor and manage the digital marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels while maximizing ROI
*Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance against KPIs. Generate insights to inform future strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives and execution.
*Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation within the digital marketing landscape
Location:
This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to our London Hub or to any other location of H&B. We support flexibility and productivity of our employees by hybrid working arrangements with minimum 2 days presence in the office.

The Person:
Key Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
*Significant experience in a senior digital marketing role with proven success in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple channels
*Demonstrated experience leading teams; managing cross-functional projects; driving strategic initiatives
*Experience managing multi-million pound budgets; familiarity with high-growth environments; ability to navigate complex organizational structures effectively
*Strong understanding of consumer health and wellness products; familiarity with e-commerce best practices
*Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush), CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
*In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, PPC management, affiliate marketing strategies and mobile app acquisition tactics
*Expertise in digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising
