Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation
As the Demand Generation Manager, you will:
*Oversee all aspects of the Peregrine B2B Demand Generation function, including:
*Conferences and events
*Lead generation and marketing automation
*B2B email marketing
*B2B advertising
*Operationalize our revenue/marketing operations and act as the conduit between Revenue, Ops, and Marketing
*Collaborate with existing marketing functions to streamline our paid media sponsorships, content distribution, customer marketing, and inbound lead generation
You have experience:
*Operationalizing and scaling Product Led Growth levers/functionality
*Working cross-functionally to build pipeline and accelerate deal velocity (not just generating leads)
*Building complex workflows and prospect engagement tactics
*Managing complex projects that span months and involve a multitude of stakeholders internally and externally
*Managing a marketing automation platform (we use Hubspot)
The Demand Generation Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue for the company. Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, and use data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

*Produce leadership reports and implement reporting for the Marketing Funnel
*Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partnerships
*Collaborate with other departments, such as product and client care, to create cohesive demand generation efforts
*Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques
*Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and challenges
*Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts
*Measure and report on the success of demand generation campaigns, using metrics such as leads, conversions, and revenue
*Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process
*Provide training and support to team members on demand generation best practices and tools
*Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
Requirements and skills
*5-7 years of experience in demand generation or a related field
*Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software – Hubspot experience highly desirable
*Proficiency in various martech tools including Google Analytics, Wordpress, and other systems (e.g., Hotjar)
*Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data and making data-driven decisions
*Knowledge of B2B sales techniques and strategies
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills
*Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
*Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
*Flexibility and adaptability to change
*A desire to learn and grow in the demand generation field
*Qualification in marketing or related field
*Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
