Job Description:
Shift Pattern:
*Days: Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
*Nights: Monday - Thursday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM, Friday 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Are you an experienced CNC Setter Operator with expertise in HAAS CNC turning machines?
My client is looking for a skilled CNC Setter Operator to produce high-quality components for a range of industries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for precision engineering and a strong background in operating and setting HAAS CNC turning machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Setting and operating HAAS CNC turning machines to manufacture components to precise specifications.
*Reading and interpreting technical drawings to ensure accuracy in machining.
*Conducting quality checks using tools like micrometres, calipers, and gauges.
*Adjusting tooling and machine settings as required for optimal production.
*Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure peak performance.
*Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Essential Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator, ideally with HAAS CNC turning machinery.
*Strong understanding of CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a bonus).
*Skilled in quality control and precision measurements.
*Able to collaborate effectively to meet production targets.
*Confident in troubleshooting and problem-solving on the job.
