Regional Sales Manager | South-West / Hybrid | up to £45k + comms, bonus & car

A well-established business who are a supplier of high-quality timber doors, mainly supplying developers, design team and contractors on large projects.
Quality is the focus here, both with their product and how they treat their people. With over 100 people within the business, over 30% of the team has been there for 10+ years.

The Opportunity:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for your own territory which will be the South-West. You’ll be based here, working from home with regular site visits, client visits and networking opportunities.
You’ll have office visits circa once a month, however, this role is mainly home/field-based.
With the majority of the client base being B2B, you’ll aim to strike up new business with housing developers, contractors and others within similar industries.
To win new business, you’ll be required to cold-call, follow up on warm leads, work with lapsed clients, existing businesses and networking to find others.
This is a varied role where you’ll reap the rewards of your hard work.
About you:
*- 3+ years in B2B sales
*- Based in the South-West
*- If sold to developers or worked within the timber industry – this would be advantageous
*- New business experience
*- Commercial
*- Strategic
*- Autonomous & a team player
*- Clear communicator
*- Proactive & outgoing
