Axon Moore are exclusively partnering with a large International business as they look to seek a new Finance Director.

Reporting to the Group CFO, the new Finance Director will have responsibility for all financial operations of their services in Lancashire including team management of a small team. The role will have exposure to other business units and stakeholders internationally and will often be involved in cross-department projects locally, or strategic problem-solving teams internationally.

This is a broad, highly visible, exciting role that will cover the below:
*Strategic Vision: Drive the implementation of forward-thinking business plans. Overseeing reward and incentive schemes to drive growth.
*Drive strong performance culture by creating transparency, challenging status quo and thinking strategically
*Financial Expertise: Develop and oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
*Operational Excellence: Lead the accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
*Financial Insights: Providing insights and analysis to provide key decisions support.
*Relationship Management: With internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, customers, suppliers and advisors and divisional heads.
*Team development across core Finance, Commercial and Operations including Manufacturing and Logistics.
*Oversee the ongoing development and use of financial management systems.

You will need:
*Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
*Minimum 5 years’ PQE in a Medium size or Large corporate with international reach.
*5+ years’ experience in a finance leadership role
*Tried and tested ability to successfully guide strategic decision making across complex organisation, demonstrating strong commercial and financial acumen.  
*Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed financial targets.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
*Change management skills
*Advanced knowledge of Excel
*Ability to work confidently under pressure and prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment
The successful applicant will be an ambitious individual with the self-motivation and gravitas to lead. This role would naturally suit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified finance professional from a multi-site Manufacturing environment.
