Job Description:
Position: Customer Service and Operations Coordinator
Location: Redhill
HOURS 8.30AM TO 5PM  OFFICE BASED
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and operational excellence? Join our client’s team in Redhill and play a pivotal role in ensuring their customers receive top-notch service and support! As a Customer Service and Operations Coordinator, you will be at the heart of operations, handling everything from order processing to managing office facilities. Your responsibilities will include
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Fulfilment:
*Order taking and logging
*Packing and invoice generation
*Shipping and handling bookings
*Extended warranty support
*Managing and scheduling delivery servicing team
Account Management:
*Setting up trade accounts
*Credit control chasing via phone and email
Stock Control:
*Demo stock management
*Supporting shipping processes
*Dealing with customs, carriers, and VAT deferment
*Stock counting
Customer Sales:
*Handling technical calls and referrals to technicians
*Confirming RMAs and refunds
*Media services support, including Facebook and Mailchimp management
Office Facilities:
*Management of office facilities and services
Skills and Experience Required:
*Good telephone manner
*Willingness to speak to customers
*Attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
IT Skills:
*Proficient in Excel and MS Office packages
*Ability to use Mailchimp
*Understanding of social media packages and ability to respond to messages
*Ability to utilize photo images and create flyers
