We are currently looking for a People Partner at Kids Planet in the Midlands/South Area.
Hybrid working ability to travel and visit Head Office in Lymm - once a month

What a People Partner Needs:
*Proven experience in a People Partner or HR role
*Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience in TUPE consultations - preferable
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution
*Passionate about supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce
What a People Partner Does:
*Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective HR strategies
*Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
*Champion our values and cultivate a positive, inclusive workplace culture
*Management of high-risk cases
*Analyse HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and support people data-driven decisions
*Serve as a trusted resource for our teams, offering solutions and support to enhance employee well-being
