Job Description:
Do you have a keen eye for spotting trends in data and turning them into actionable insights for EMEA stakeholders? Gekko might just have your next role right here.
Supporting a Global Technology Brands’ sales and training teams across the EMEA region, you will be developing and maintaining central dashboards, analysing data from surveys, and generating reports on the effectiveness of training delivered ROI and metrics. This role is well suited to someone who is self-motivated and experienced with handling data, data quality control, data warehousing and the development of dashboards, yet able to make this information presentable to EMEA partners/ stakeholders in a digestible and actionable manner.
You’ll provide actionable insights from your reports and dashboards to drive improvements in training programs and field operations.
Your Package:
*Competitive Annual Salary, Up to £60,000 per annum
*22 days holiday +bank holidays
*Working remotely, with 1 day a month in client office (London) and 1 day in Gekko office (Newbury), once a quarter EMEA trip

Your Role:
*End to end data requirement management
*Data warehousing and development of dashboards
*Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, such as sellout data and performance across multiple markets
*Using data from various surveys identify trends, opportunities and improvements, generating regular and ad hoc reports that turn these into actionable insights
*Utilise data visualisation to communicate insights to senior stakeholders
*Own the rollout and adoption of new data collection and analysis tools
You will be:

*Have extensive experience in the Google Workspace & Suite
*Are a tech enthusiast
*Have proven experience as a data analyst
*Have experience extracting data from and collaborating with senior stakeholders/ field or sales teams
*Can utilise data to draw recommendations and actionable insights
*Are comfortable with occasional EMEA travel
