The Role
*The role requires leading accounting functions, managing financial and accounting operations, complying with accounting standards, and conducting audit processes.
*Key responsibilities involve overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets, implementing financial policies, ensuring timely financial statements, and managing audits and compliances.
*Responsible for building robust financial models
*The candidate will also mentor and lead the finance team.
Your Profile
*Qualified accountant (Ideally ACA/ACCA) or equivalent
*In-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics - Business Central (this is essential)
*Strong technical accounting background, or similar experience in a previous role
*You will be accuracy-focused, and results-oriented, seeking a hands-on and rewarding role.

Salary & Benefits
This role will be paying an annual salary of up to £80K, dependant on experience.
Hybrid working is available with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days WFH (Tues, Weds, Thurs).
